A fun way to incorporate lots of fresh herbs and aromatics into your dressing. This can be used to dress salads, served as a dip for fresh vegetables or even function as a sauce over pasta and meats. 

Ingredients


Fresh_basil - 1 cup (packed) Spinach - 1 cup (packed) Garlic - 1 clove Lemon_juice - 1 tablespoon Olive_oil - 2 tablespoons Nuts - 2 tablespoons (cashews or walnuts) Nutritional_yeast - 2 tablespoons Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar - 1 tablespoon (any type) Dried_oregano - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Step 2
Add to your favorite salad!
